Water Data Management

Water Data Management (WDM) is an enterprise solution that tracks the accounts receivable data for metered or non-metered water use. WDM creates customer invoices and statements, and processes payments. WDM supports data capture from a PC and from a mobile PDA. The software is currently employed in rural California as part of a water conservation and accountability project.
