PDF Printer uses open-source tools in concert to create PDF documents via a printer.
The unique sauce in Richardson's PDF Printer in comparison to the open-source tools
on their own is a standard File Save dialog, standard user buttons for My Computer,
My Documents, etc, and support for Vista's Aero Glass.
